This unique snake ring from the Georgian (ca1750) era is quite remarkable! Made of  15kt gold and topped in sterling silver, the ring depicts a single snake, whose body and tail coil around the finger to form the band. Set in the center of the snake's head and all along its body are old Rose Cut diamonds, which are individually set in box-like links that resemble scales. The largest diamonds rest in the snake's head, while the smallest stones accent the tip of its tail. Two delicate ruby stones represent the snake's eyes, while a forked tongue sticking out of the mouth completes the snake's facial features.
