An exquisite pair of earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! These beautiful dangling earrings are crafted in 14k gold and topped in sterling silver. Each earring displays a prong-set moonstone with the "Man in the Moon" face. The moonstone has lovely, iridescent color with soft flashes of light blue. Dangling freely beneath are 3 rose cut diamonds surrounded by a scalloped design which draws your eye into the center of each stone. The earrings are completed with 14k gold wires for ease and comfort. An impressive pair of earrings, these would be a breathtaking addition to a Victorian collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 1/8" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
