An incredible gemstone ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and sterling silver, this magnificent ring features a central 1ct cushion cut peridot laid atop a square-shaped centerpiece. The peridot is held within a multi-prong setting, and displays a striking, vivid green hue! The peridot is encircled by a halo of single cut diamonds, which are held in place by bead-settings. The shoulders of the ring feature a split design, and each shoulder is decorated with two additional bezel-set single cut diamonds. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A fabulous and colorful piece, this ring would make a unique engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 8.25, but could be resized. The square-shaped centerpiece measures 1/2" wide and 1/2" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting. All of the gemstones within the centerpiece are intact and securely set.
